After you fill out the registration form, we will send you an invoice with the IBAN within a couple of working days*. You must pay the amount to the provided account.

Visa information:
Please be aware that the event organizers cannot provide assistance or documentation for visa applications. All participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents to attend.
Fee and payment information
Participants are required to pay a registration fee. The registration fee for regular participants and students includes: welcome reception, participation in all scientific sessions, lunch and refreshments during the breaks, and organized social activities. Non-students are lecturers, Postdocs, and representatives of companies. Postdocs and PhD students can prepare a poster for the poster session.

For students, we offer a limited number of pre-booked rooms in hostels, Price range: 25-50 EUR/night, see details in accommodation.
Attention: 30th of May is the registration deadline for students willing to get pre-booked hostel accommodation.
*For students who chose the pre-booked hostels, the invoice will be sent after May 30th or once all spots are taken, as we first need to distribute the free places.
