Pre-booked HOSTEL Accommodation (only for students)

We offer affordable, pre-booked hostel accommodation for students within a reasonable distance from the conference venue (approximately 40 minutes on foot or 20–30 minutes by metro). Prices do not include breakfast. Due to limited availability and non-standardized rooms, we provide two options (we cannot guarantee the selected option due to the limited number of places):

(A) Price Range: €200–250 (Total for full stay; €40–50 per night)

• Single room with private facilities
• Single room with shared facilities
• Double room with private facilities

(B) Price Range: €125–175 (Total for full stay; €25–35 per night)

• Double room with shared facilities
• Four-person room with private facilities

If you are interested, please select your preferred accommodation option in the registration form. By doing so, you commit to paying both the registration fee and the accommodation cost as a single payment. Rooms will be allocated based on the preference, availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. The final accommodation price will be confirmed and billed together with the registration fee.

Hotels with guaranteed price

We offer hotel accommodation at guaranteed prices for registrations made by 13.06.2025. Breakfast is included. Reservations require a credit card, but the final payment can be made by debit. Beds in the double rooms can be separated.
